Lee E. Clark, 33, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to jail for seven days after pleading guilty to violating a protective order. His sentence was credited for time served.

Clark was fined $250 and must pay $190.25 in court costs and fees.

Miranda L. Rawlings, 28, of Berkeley Springs was fined $200 after pleading guilty to driving with no insurance. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Matthew M. Lee, 35, of Berkeley Springs was fined $100 after pleading no contest to a cellphone violation.

Christopher C. Johnson, 26, of Hedgesville was sentenced to jail for 60 days after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle not equipped with an approved motor vehicle alcohol test and lock system. His jail sentence is to be served through home confinement.

Johnson was also fined $100 and must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Lisa M. Wade, 35, of Great Cacapon was sentenced to jail for one year after pleading guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. Her jail sentence is to be served through home confinement concurrently with another sentence. She was fined $100 and must pay $240.25 in court costs and fees.

Jentry D. Meade, Jr., 26, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to jail for 60 days after pleading guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods. His jail sentence was credited for time served. He was fined $60 and must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees and $40 in restitution.

Amy Y. Keefer, 23, of Berkeley Springs was fined $100 after pleading no contest to driving with a suspended license. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Joseph A. Giallonardo, 20, of Star Tannery, Va. was fined $100 after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to underage consumption of alcohol. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Levi H. Barney, 20, of Berkeley Springs was fined $100 after pleading no contest to driving an all-terrain vehicle on a roadway. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.
