Terence L. Frederick, 53, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to jail for 60 days after pleading guilty to intoxication or drinking in public places, third offense. His jail sentence was credited for time served. Frederick must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Kyle L. Wilke, 33, of Falling Waters was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving on the wrong side of the road. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Wilke was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation after pleading guilty to driving while in an impaired state but with an alcohol concentration of less than .15 percent. His sentence was suspended for 24 hours. Wilke was fined $200 and must pay $260.25 in court costs and fees.

Brian K. Golden, 48, of Berkeley Springs was fined $100 after pleading guilty to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Golden was also fined $200 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. He was fined $200 and must pay $260.25 in court costs and fees.

Ralph W. Fox, Jr., 48, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to jail for 30 days after pleading guilty to driving while his license was revoked for a DUI. His jail sentence was credited for time served. Fox was fined $100 and he must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.
