Brandon L. Osborne, 27, of Whitacre, Va. was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving while his license was suspended or revoked. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Brenda L. Belanger, 51, of Berkeley Springs was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving while her license was suspended for a non-DUI. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Belanger was also sentenced to jail for 90 days after pleading guilty to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. Her 90 day jail sentence was suspended for 240 hours of community service. If community service is not completed, Belanger will serve her sentence in jail. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Kayla L. Johnson, 27, of Berkeley Springs was fined $200 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. She must also pay $220.25 in court costs and fees.

Johnson was also fined $100 after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to driving with excessive muffler noise. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

John F. Rollins, Jr., 46, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to permitting an unauthorized person to drive. His 30 day jail sentence was suspended for 240 hours of community service. If community service is not completed, Rollins will serve his sentence in jail. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Mark A. Nicholson, Jr., 23, of Hedgesville was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving while his license was suspended or revoked. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Nicholson was also fined $100 after pleading guilty to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Robert L. Hedmond, 61, of Berkeley Springs must pay a $50 civil penalty directly to Roy’s Service Center after pleading guilty to shoplifting and concealing merchandise. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Hedmond was also sentenced to jail for 15 days after pleading guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $100 and must pay $220.25 in court costs and fees. His jail sentence was credited with time served and runs concurrently with another sentence.
