Self-guided studio tour

A free, self-guided studio tour is open to the public on October 21 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tour the scenic area in and around Berkeley Springs and see nationally and regionally known artists in their studios.

You'll see contemporary and traditional art and fine crafts in many different media as artists demonstrate and describe the processes they use to create their unique work. Hand made works include: anodized aluminum jewelry and mobiles, calligraphy, ceramics, fabric printing, felted apparel, hand-forged metals, handwoven clothing, linens, painting, photographs, pillows, printmaking, quilting, rug hooking, and woodworking.

New to the tour this year are Randy McDaniel, hand forged metal, Craig Deane, woodworking and Evelyn Brumwell, hand-felted alpaca apparel.

Twelve studios at 10 locations will be open. Maps are available at the Ice House and various locations around town.

Map is available at berke leyspringsstudiotour.org
