Sheriff KC Bohrer reports the following calls, investigations and reports for September 24-30:

September 24

Deputy Jenkins responded to a property dispute on Oriental Circle.

Deputy Jenkins responded to a neighbor dispute on Kentucky Lane. Advised of options.

Deputy Jenkins assisted Baltimore Police with a missing person complaint.

Sgt. Shambaugh handled a missing person complaint on Biser Street. Located.

Sgt. Shambaugh investigated a minor traffic collision on River Road.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to disorderly subjects call at Sheetz. Subjects removed.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to a domestic complaint on Valley Road. Verbal only.

September 25

Captain Stapleton investigated a property damage traffic collision on WV 9 East. One citation issued.

Cpl. Lemon and Deputy Roper investigated a missing person complaint Round Hill Circle.

Cpl. Lemon and Deputy Roper investigated a domestic on North Washington Street.

Deputy Roper handled an animal complaint on Duckwall Road.

Deputy Roper responded to War Memorial Hospital for a combative person. Not needed after arrival.

September 26

Lt. Place investigated a possession of controlled substance on U.S. 522. Arrested Harold Morris, Jr., for possession of a controlled substance and improper registration.

Captain Stapleton responded to an alarm on Detour Road.

Cpl. Lemon assisted State Police on a domestic on Phoebe Lane.

September 27

Cpl. Barney investigated seven cases of failure to send children to school at both Warm Springs Middle School and Berkeley Springs High School.

Captain Stapleton investigated destruction of property collision on WV 9 East.

Lt. Place, Captain Stapleton and Sheriff Bohrer investigated a self-inflicted gun shot wound on Eckert Lane.

Captain Stapleton investigated a burglary on Luther Michael Road.

Captain Stapleton responded to an alarm on Ore Lane.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to a trespassing on Round Hill Drive. Removed.

Sgt. Shambaugh assisted Berkeley Springs Police with an intoxicated person.

September 28

Lt. Place arrested Robert Hedmond, 61, for DUI.

Captain Stapleton arrested James Drury, 36, on a Berkeley County bench warrant.

Captain Stapleton took a complaint of social media harassment.

Sgt. Shambaugh investigated an abandoned vehicle on Swaim Lane. Owner located and vehicle removed.

Sgt. Shambaugh investigated traffic collision, deer strike on Timber Ridge Road.

Lt. Place arrested Terrence Frederick, 52, for public intoxication.

September 29

Lt. Place arrested by summons Joyce Hoyle, 57, for possession of marijuana.

Lt. Place arrested Nick Kidwell, 24, for possession of controlled substance.

September 30

Cpl. Lemon investigated a child abuse report on Packing House Road.

Sheriff Bohrer investigated a shoplifting at Dollar General (Berkeley Springs).

Deputy Roper investigated a sexual assault report on Dale Lane.

Deputy Roper investigated a leaving the scene of a traffic collision on Allemong Road.

Cpl. Lemon responded to a suspicious vehicle on Boulder Spring Trail.

Felony arrests one, misdemeanor arrests two, traffic citations two, traffic warnings 10; criminal investigations three, traffic collisions investigated two, alarms responded to three, legal process served 18, legal process attempted four, home confinement checks four and complaints non-reportable 34.
