Terence L. Frederick, 53, of Berkeley Springs was given credit for time served after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct. Frederick must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Amanda S. McClanahan, 34, of Fayetteville, Pa. was sentenced to unsupervised probation for one year after pleading guilty to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. Her probation sentence was suspended for 90 days and she must attend Alcoholics Anonymous/ Narcotics Anonymous three times a week and provide proof to the state on a monthly basis. McClanahan must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

John Demarinis, 52, of Berkeley Springs was fined $100 after pleading guilty to using a cell phone while driving.
