Sheriff KC Bohrer reports the following calls, investigations and reports for September 10-16:

September 10

Deputy Lebo investigated a one-vehicle accident on Central Avenue in Great Cacapon.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to a vehicle in a ditch on River Road.

Deputy Jenkins responded to an ATV complaint on Pious Ridge Road.

Deputy Jenkins assisted State Police on traffic stop. Drugs located.

September 11

Deputy Shambaugh and Captain Stapleton investigated a Burglary of a business on Valley Road. Tools and equipment were stolen.

Cpl. Barney investigated a drug complaint.

Captain Stapleton investigated a forgery and uttering involving stolen checks, charges pending.

Captain Stapleton assisted Cumberland Police with a Hit and Run investigation.

September 12

Deputy Shambaugh arrested William F. Webber, 40, for Driving Revoked for DUI and Possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana.

Cpl. Lemon investigated a Destruction of Property on Valley Road.

September 13

Lt. Place investigated a single vehicle accident on Martinsburg Road.

Deputy Jenkins assisted State Police with a domestic on Michael’s Chapel Road.

Sgt. Shambaugh checked on the wellbeing of a subject walking along Rt. 13.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to a trespassing complaint on Valley Road.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to a complaint of a horse in the roadway. Horse located and secured.

September 14

Deputy Jenkins investigated an unattended death on Walther Lane.

Deputy Jenkins responded to a loud noise complaint. Noise stopped before arrival.

Cpl. Barney assisted State Police with domestic on Longview Drive.

Captain Stapleton assisted Berkeley Springs Police with trespassing on Wilkes Street.

September 15

Deputy Shambaugh arrested William S. Wilson, 55, on a probation revocation warrant.

Sheriff Bohrer responded to a Reckless Driving complaint on Martinsburg Road.

September 16

Deputy Roper responded to an overdose. Victim transported to hospital.

Deputy Shambaugh responded to an attempted suicide.

Felony arrests one, misdemeanor arrest one, traffic citations 12, traffic warnings eight, criminal investigations 10, transports two, legal process served 48, legal process attempted 20, home confinement checks seven and incidents not needing a report 43.
