August sentences from Judge Thomas Panebianco:

Tyler Tritapoe, 21, of Great Cacapon must pay $167 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to driving with improper registration.

Tritapoe must also pay $317 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to driving with no insurance.

Terry Robinson, 51, of Martinsburg was found guilty at a bench trial after pleading not guilty to speeding. He must pay $127 in fines and fees.

Jeremiah Shoemaker, 36, of Berkeley Springs must pay $117 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to driving with expired registration.

Justin Williams, 37, of Great Cacapon must pay $567 in fines and fees after pleading no contest to driving with a suspended license.

Stephen Wink, 56, of Berkeley Springs must pay $317 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to driving with no insurance.

Miranda Rawlings, 28, of Keyser must pay $317 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to no proof of insurance.

Jonathan Rodriguez, 37, of Inwood must pay $157 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to speeding.

He must also pay $367 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to driving with a suspended license. `
