Town of Bath Police Chief T.J. Johnson reports the following calls for August 3-19:

August 3

BS2- Alarm, Independence Street.

August 4

BS2/BS1 – Home confinement revocation of Eric P. Moreck.

BS2 – Landlord/tenant issues on Hageman Street. Advised of options.

August 5

BS2 – Call out to assist Sheriff’s Department with out of control party, two citations for underage consumption.

BS2 – Arrest of Kyle L. Smith, 29, on warrants from Washington County.

August 7

BS1 – Hit and run, Harrison Avenue and Independence Street.

BS1 – Breaking and entering, Community Garden Market.

August 8

BS1- Assisted Sheriff’s Department on fight.

BS2- Possession. of marijuana <15 grams charge/driving suspended (non-DUI).

BS2- Battery complaint on N. Washington Street.

August 9

BS2- Assisted Sheriff’s Department with K-9 scan of vehicle, drugs found.

August 10

BS2- Commercial alarm on Independence Street.

August 11

K-9 Demo at Back to school Backpack Program.

BS2- Arrest of Kyle L. Wilke, 33, for DUI.

BS2- Assisted West Virginia State Police with K-9 scan, drugs found.

August 12

BS2- Shoplifting complaint at Roy’s.

August 15

BS2- Arrest of Tammy Athey, 50, on warrant for battery and trespass.

August 16

BS2- Disturbance at 7-11.

BS2- Verbal disturbance on N. Washington Street.

August 17

BS1- Fight on N. Washington Street.

BS2- Report of disorderly juveniles at skate park.

August 18

BS2- Alarm at Board of Education- secure.

BS2- Verbal disturbance on N. Washington Street.

August 19

BS2- Arrest of Jonas Fultz, 37, for home confinement revocation.
