Sheriff KC Bohrer reports the following calls, investigations and reports for August 13-19:

August 13

Deputy Lebo responded to a domestic on Cold Run Valley Road.

Sgt. Shambaugh and Deputy Lebo responded for a domestic on Amethyst Lane.

Deputy Lebo arrested David A. Bailey, 38, on a failure to appear warrant.

Sgt. W. Shambaugh responded to a horse in roadway on Johnsons Mill Road.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to a child custody dispute.

Deputy Jenkins responded to a reported traffic hazard, vehicle in roadway, vehicle towed.

Deputy Jenkins responded to a reported shooting close to a residence near Oak Hill Road.

Deputy Jenkins took a larceny report Homestead Lane.

August 14

Cpl. Lemon responded to a two-vehicle accident on River Road.

Cpl. Lemon arrested Roger A. Burroughs, 57, on a failure to appear warrant.

Cpl. Lemon investigated an unattended death. Awaiting autopsy results.

Deputy L. Shambaugh responded to a reckless driver complaint on River Road.

Deputy L. Shambaugh responded to a domestic on Milo School Road.

August 15

Lt. Place responded to a two vehicle accident on U.S. 522.

Lt. Place investigated a report of a stolen firearm on Ambrose Lane.

Deputy L. Shambaugh investigated a reported sexual abuse.

Lt. Place responded to a check the welfare call at Beechwood Drive.

August 16

Deputy Lebo responded to a reported overdose on Mauzy Road.

Deputy Jenkins responded to a requested welfare check, subject transported to hospital.

Deputy Jenkins responded to assist a disabled motorist on Cacapon Road.

August 17

Chief Deputy Walter assisted Berkeley Springs Police with domestic incident on North Washington Street.

Sheriff Bohrer responded to a road rage incident on U.S. 522.

Lt. Place responded to a psychiatric call.

Sgt. Shambaugh responded to a reported disturbance on North Washington Street.

Deputy Lebo responded to a reported road rage incident on U.S. 522.

August 18

Deputy Roper responded to a two-vehicle accident on Paw Paw Road.

Deputy Roper assisted West Virginia State Police with Burglary Investigation.

August 19

Deputy L. Shambaugh responded to a public intoxication. Philip C. McAnulty, 59, charged with public intoxication, 2nd offense.

Deputy Roper responded to a report of an injured deer on Martinsburg Road.

Home confinement officers arrested Jonas D. Fultz, 37, for a home confinement violation.

Citations 21, written warnings 13, misdemeanor arrests three, process served 35, process attempted 18, transports six, traffic collisions three, criminal investigations six, home confinement checks nine, revocation one and complaints not requiring a written report 34.
