Sheriff KC Bohrer reports the following calls, investigations and reports for July 30-August 5:

July 30

Deputy Lebo investigated a manufacturing marijuana case on John St.

Sgt. Shambaugh, Deputy Jenkins and Deputy Roper responded to a domestic call on Stillhouse Lane. Verbal only.

Deputy Jenkins responded to an overdose call on Hammons Street with EMS. Subject transported.

Deputy Jenkins responded to a domestic at Prospect Peak Lane. Verbal.

Deputy Jenkins responded to Highland Ridge Road to put down an injured deer.

Deputy Lebo responded to a neighbor dispute on Iron Mine Lane. Destruction of property report taken.

Deputy Lebo responded to an overdose on Amelia Lane in Paw Paw. Transported by EMS.

July 31

Deputy Roper investigated an injury and property damage traffic collision on WV 9.

Deputy Roper investigated a burglary on North Washington Street.

Deputy Roper arrested Raymond D. Herne, 63, for burglary.

Deputy Roper responded to shots fired call on Elk Ridge Road.

Deputy Roper responded to a suspicious circumstance call on South Ridge Drive. Advised of options.

Deputy Roper and Deputy Shambaugh responded to an overdose call with EMS on Laurel Avenue.

Deputy Shambaugh responded to a destruction of property on Fairview Drive.

August 1

Captain Stapleton investigated a larceny complaint at station.

Lt. Place investigated a juvenile crime reported by Morgan County Board of Education that occurred at former Greenwood School.

Cpl. Lemon arrested Nikki R. Armstrong, 29, for mandatory disposal.

Captain Stapleton investigated a destruction of property to a vehicle at Food Lion.

Captain Stapleton took a report of a possible elder exploitation.

Deputy Shambaugh responded to a domestic on Pious Ridge Road. Options provided.

August 2

Lt. Place investigated a credit card fraud.

Deputy Shambaugh investigated a trespassing and destruction of property complaint on Elkridge Road.

Deputy Lebo responded to a report of dogs left in hot vehicle. Subject warned.

August 3

Captain Stapleton took a report of suspicious activity at Sleepy Creek Campground.

Deputy Lebo responded to a mentally ill subject call on Mill Farm Trail. Notified daughter to obtain mental petition.

Deputy Lebo responded to a suspicious vehicle at Berkeley Springs High School. Driver advised to leave area.

Deputy Lebo responded to an intoxicated subject on North Washington Street. Subject advised to go inside home.

August 4

Cpl. Lemon arrested a juvenile for violation of probation.

Home Confinement Deputies Link and Johnson arrested Eric P. Morcek, 46, Berkeley Springs for violation of home confinement.

August 5

Deputy Shambaugh responded to the report of a fight and large party on Park Place Lane. Arrested by summons were Heidi E. Perry, 59, for contributing to the delinquency of minors, Sydney Perry, 21, for contributing to the delinquency of minors, Jayme Souders, 18, Berkeley Springs, WV for underage consumption of alcohol, Davis S. Robinson, 20, Mercersburg PA for underage consumption of alcohol, Emily B. Butts, 20, Berkeley Springs for underage consumption of alcohol. Also, three juvenile males and one juvenile female were arrested by summons for underage consumption of alcohol.

Deputy Roper assisted Berkeley Springs Police with warrant service on Wilkes Street.

Deputy Roper responded to a noise complaint at Hillbilly Heaven. Unfounded.

Deputy Shambaugh arrested by summons a subject on Fairfax Street. Philipp Mcanulty, 59, cited for public intoxication.

Citations 12, written warnings 22, felony arrest one, misdemeanor arrests four, alarms two, transports two, traffic collisions one, criminal investigations nine, home confinement checks one, new hook ups one, revocation one, home confinement hearings one and complaints not requiring a written report 47.
