May 29

Investigated harassment complaint. Subject advised of options. Captain Stapleton.

Responded to welfare check of an elderly subject standing on WV 9 east. GOA. Captain Stapleton.

Traffic Collision WV 9 west, property damage only. Deputy Lebo.

Investigated sexual assault report in Great Cacapon. Deputy L. Shambaugh.

Responded to drunk and disorderly subject in Berkeley Springs State Park. Subject removed. Sheriff Bohrer and Deputy Jenkins.

Responded to potential suicide on North Washington Street. Subject transported by EMS. Deputy Jenkins.

Investigated personal injury traffic collision on River Road. Sgt. W. Shambaugh.

Arrested Nathaniel J. White, 38, for delivery of controlled substance. Deputy Jenkins.

Responded to alarm on Goff Street. Owner activated. Sheriff Bohrer.

Responded to noise complaint on Apple Orchard Circle. Dispersed. Deputy Lebo.

Responded to overdose on Laurel Hill Lane. Subject given Narcan by EMS. Deputy Lebo.

Responded to natural death on Highland Ridge Road. Deputy Lebo.

Worked DUI patrol. Four citations and seven warnings issued. Cpl. Lemon.

June 1

Arrested Cobie L. Henderson Kegarise, 41, for a capias. Cpl. Lemon.

Responded to an unauthorized use on Martinsburg Road. Be on the lookout issued. Cpl. Lemon.

Responded to a potential suicidal subject on Ruppenthal Road. Subject located and assisted. Cpl. Lemon and Deputy Roper.

Responded to a male out of control. Subject transported to hospital. Deputy Roper.

Presented a safety talk at Warm Springs Intermediate School. Lt. Place.

June 2

Investigating eight separate incidents of failing to send child to school at Berkeley Springs High School and one at Warm Springs Intermediate School and one at Warm Springs Middle School. Cpl. Barney.

Apprehended and returned two runaways from Timber Ridge School in Virginia. Deputy Lebo.

Responded to 911 hang-up call on Valley Road. Deputy Lebo.

Responded to two suspicious vehicles complaints, one on Sheppard Lane and one on Valley Road. Sheppard Lane unfounded. Valley Road was at Southern Belle Truck Stop, subject located and cited for controlled substance. Deputy Lebo.

Investigated a traffic collision on Hancock Road. Deputy Lebo.

Responded to a potential suicidal subject on Clone Run Road. Subject consented to go to WVU Medical Center for treatment. Deputy Roper.

Responded to a disabled vehicle on US 522. Assisted motorist. Lt. Place.

Responded to a vehicle fire on Independence Street. Assisted with traffic. Lt. Place.

Responded to suicidal threats on Crystal Brook Lane. EMS transported. Lt. Place.

Responded to disabled vehicle on US 522 South. Lt. Place.

June 3
