Sheriff K.C. Bohrer reports the following calls, investigations and reports for May 22- 27:

May 22

Sheriff Bohrer, Sgt. Shambaugh, Cpl. Lemon, Deputy Jenkins and Deputy Lebo participated in the “Border to Border” Click it or Ticket Seat Belt initiative. Forty-four seat belt violations were cited along with eight other violations in a four-hour period in Morgan County.

Investigation of a domestic battery at Home Run Alley, Deputy Lebo.

Arrest of William Zahn, 27, for Domestic Battery.

Arrest of Michael B. Dees, 31, for an outstanding Berkeley County arrest warrant. Deputy Roper.

Arrest of Robert C. Harvey, 29, of Gravy Lane on a Circuit Court capias for violating bond. Deputy Roper.

Investigation of a battery complaint at Berkeley Springs High School. Cpl. Barney.

May 23

Investigation of a traffic collision on Gayle Drive, property damage only. Deputy Roper.

May 24

Investigation of property damage traffic collision on Fairfax St. Sgt. Shambaugh.

Arrest of Stanley L. Johnson, 59, for driving revoked for DUI, 3rd offense. Lt. Place.

May 25

Arrest of David Wayne Myers, 40, for burglary outstanding warrant and domestic battery. Sgt. Shambaugh.

May 26

Investigation of a property damage traffic collision on South Washington Street. Cpl. Lemon.

Investigation of domestic on River Road. Deputy Lebo.

Arrest of Phillip Morris, 32, for domestic battery.

Arrest of Misty L. Tressier, 39, for an Emergency Protection Violation. Lt. Place.

Investigation of larceny on Harrison Avenue. Captain Stapleton.

Investigation of petit larceny on Mullin Lane. Lt. Place.

May 27

Investigation of traffic collision on River Road with two persons injured. Cpl. Lemon.

Citations 68, written warnings 19, felony arrests three, misdemeanor arrest one, process served 26, process attempted 13, transports seven, alarms two, traffic collisions four, criminal investigations four, complaints not requiring a written report 28 and special details two.
