Jason R. Kyne, 41, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to home confinement for 30 days after pleading guilty to driving while his license was suspended or revoked, third offense. Kyne was fined $150 and must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Charles D. Myer, 47, of Martinsburg was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. Myer must also pay $240.25 in court costs and fees.

Corey D. Ellis, 39, of Berkeley Springs was fined $200 after pleading guilty to improper use of evidences of registration. Ellis must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Danielle N. Ey, 29, of Hedgesville was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving while under the influence. Ey must also pay $240.25 in courts costs and fees.

Curtis L. Ray, 32, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation after pleading guilty to domestic battery. His probation sentence was suspended for six months, and he must complete a Battering Intervention and Prevention Program during the probation period. Ray must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.
