Matthew B. Krauss, 31, of Richmond, Va. was fined $100 after pleading guilty to a cell phone violation.

Ralph W. Fox, Jr., 48, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to jail for 85 days after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription.

Fox was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation with a suspended sentence of 90 days and community service for 80 hours, but his probation sentence was revoked.

He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Diana L. Whisner, 54, of Berkeley Springs was fined $200 after pleading guilty to driving with no proof of insurance. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Brian M. Hiles, 38, of Berkeley Springs was fined $100 after pleading guilty to speeding. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Timothy L. Miller, Jr. of Keyser was fined $100 after pleading guilty to trespassing. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Tyler M. Bohrer, 20, of Warfordsburg, Pa. was fined $100 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence (under 21). He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Rebecca L. Mills, 53, of Paw Paw was fined $100 after pleading no contest to driving while her license was suspended or revoked. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Brian W. Vangosen, 45, of Berkeley Springs was fined $200 after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to driving under the influence, first offense. Vangosen must also pay $260.25 in court costs and fees.

Vangosen was sentenced to home confinement for six months after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He also must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.
