April 24

Arrest of Steven D. Ruse, 51 for aggravated DUI and reckless driving. Deputy Jenkins.

Arrest of Tonya K. Bulboff, 39 on an outstanding arrest warrant. Deputy Roper.

Investigated the unattended death, Briarwood Circle. Deputy L. Shambaugh.

Investigated a credit card fraud case. Captain Stapleton.

April 25

Investigated a property damage traffic collision on U.S. 522. Deputy Roper.

Arrest of Michael VanGosen, 32 for an outstanding capias. Cpl. Lemon.

Arrest of Shawn R. VanGosen, 36, for an outstanding capias. Deputy Shambaugh.

Open investigation into the following for failing to send children to school. Two cases at Widmyer Elementary School. Two cases at Warm Springs Intermediate School. Five cases at Warm Springs Middle School. Seven cases at Berkeley Springs High School. One case at Paw Paw Elementary School. Cpl. Barney.

April 26

Investigated a Facebook harassment case. Cpl. Barney.

Investigated a grand larceny case. Captain Stapleton.

April 29

Investigated an unattended death, Rockford Road. Deputy L. Shambaugh.

April 30

Arrest of Evgeny Khanama, 29, for possession less than 15 grams of controlled substance, DUI and driving suspended DUI. Cpl. Lemon.

Investigated a sexual abuse case. Cpl. Lemon.

Citations 13, written warnings 21, misdemeanor arrests three, process served four, process attempted 10, alarms six, transports two, traffic collisions one, criminal investigations 26, home confinement checks seven and complaints not requiring a written report 21.
