Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:

Donna S. Jacinto, 46, of Warfordsburg, Pa. was fined $100 after pleading guilty to littering. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

John L. Talbert, 73, of Berkeley Springs was fined $200 after pleading no contest to driving under the influence, first offense. He must also pay $260.25 in court costs and fees.

Jessica L. Taylor, 31, of Hedgesville was fined $100 after pleading guilty to littering. She must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Leslie K. Holte, 66, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to jail for 17 days after pleading no contest to driving under the influence, first offense. His jail sentence was credited for time served. He was fined $100 and must pay $230.25 in court costs and fees.

Holte was also sentenced to jail for 14 days after pleading no contest to driving with no insurance. He must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Holte’s jail sentence was also credited for time served.

Ralph W. Fox, Jr., 47, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. His one-year probation sentence was suspended for 90 days and Fox must serve 80 hours of community service. He must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Matthew T. Jenkins, 44, of Charles Town was sentenced to jail for 30 days after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to obstructing an officer. His jail sentence is to run concurrently with a Jefferson County sentence. Jenkins must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Andrew M. Dash, 42, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation after pleading guilty under a plea agreement to driving with a license that was revoked for a DUI. His sentence was suspended for 120 days.

Dash was fined $100 and must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Recent sentences from Magistrate Debra Ditto:

Joshua A. Schrider, 25, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to jail for six months after pleading guilty under a plea agreement for driving with a license that was revoked for a DUI, first offense. He must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Schrider was also sentenced to jail for six months after pleading guilty to obstructing an officer and must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

Both jail sentences are to run concurrently.

Stephen R. Mason, 39, of Hedgesville was sentenced to jail for 30 days after pleading guilty to driving with a suspended license, third offense. His jail sentence was suspended and he must serve 240 hours in community service. Mason was fined $150 and must pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.

William L. Chadick, 27, of Berkeley Springs was fined $200 after pleading guilty to driving with no insurance. He must also pay $165.25 in court costs and fees.
