Stephanie Briscoe signs with WVU Potomac State Volleyball

Recently Berkeley Springs High School senior volleyball player Stephanie Briscoe signed her letter of intent to continue her volleyball career at WVU Potomac State College in Keyser. Briscoe was a four-year player for the Lady Indians and was consistently strong serving and playing at the net.
