Richard E. Ryan, 80, of Paw Paw, W.Va. passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Hampshire Memorial Hospital Extended Care in Romney, W.Va.

He was born August 7, 1940 at Cumberland, Maryland and was the son of the late Con Ryan and Joy Sirbaugh Ryan.

He had worked for Consolidated Orchard, Vesuvius, Borderline and retired from Abex in Winchester, Va.

He was Methodist by faith.
