Roger “Skip” Allen, age 74, of Hancock, Md., passed away on December 8, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, in Morgantown, W.Va.
Born January 17, 1946, in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of the late Imogene Arbutus (Allen) Golliday, and the step-son of Homer Curtis Golliday; and the husband of Rhodie Ellen (Johnson) Allen, whom he married September 17, 1966, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
