Perry Dwane Foster, age 69, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born August 15, 1951 in Torrence, Calif., he was the son of the late Robert Foster and Roberta Foster Morral.
He was a graduate of Brooklyn Park High School, and worked for Sherwin Williams in Baltimore, Md. before retiring to Great Cacapon.
