Jackie Wayne “Jack” Smelser, age 71, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, September 25, 2020 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Md. while under cardiac intensive care.
Born March 5, 1949 in Lafe, Ark., he was the son of the late Champ Bertrum and Rosa Cathryn Warthan Smelser.
