Randy Eugene Keefer, 62, of Hagerstown, Md., died Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown.
Born May 26, 1958 in McConnellsburg, Pa., he was the son of Estella Truax Keefer of Berkeley Springs and the late William Keefer.
He was a graduate of Hancock High School class of 1976.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
