Traffic along Winchester Grade Road slowed down on Friday, August 28 to make way for crane work at the site of the new Pallet Factory bridge over Sleepy Creek. Construction has been underway for months for a new two-lane bridge to replace the previous one-lane passage. Concrete decking components were settled onto the new buttresses on Friday.
