Physical altercation leads to two arrests in Great Cacapon

Two people were arrested in Great Cacapon on Wednesday, August 5 following a physical altercation over use of an air conditioner.

Police were dispatched to Alpine Drive at about 2:30 p.m. for a domestic disturbance.
