Firefighters Bradley Kidwell and Tommy Bailey with the Great Cacapon Volunteer Fire Department delighted children at the Energy Express summer program on Wednesday, July 16.
Pulling up to Warm Springs Intermediate School in Engine 21, the firefighters began unpacking giveaway items, and Bailey’s protective gear as children filed out.
Kidwell talked to them about fire safety, and answered questions, as Bailey suited up in full gear under the hot sun.
