James Howard, Jr., age 71, of Great Cacapon, W.Va. died on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at the Berkeley Springs Healthcare Center.
Jimmy worked as produce manager at Giant Food until his early retirement. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
