A man identified as a fugitive from justice held off police attempting to serve a warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Justin Road in Great Cacapon on Friday, June 30 at about 11 p.m.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Morgan County Magistrate Court by West Virginia State Trooper Ward, two officers approached the residence on foot and observed a man lying on a bed through an open window.
