Buddy Bernard Kinsey, 92, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, entered into his eternal slumber on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
He was born April 22, 1931, in Gaithersburg, Maryland, son of the late Dorothia (Rau) and Howard G. Kinsey. Buddy defended our freedom as a United States Marine in Korea from 1952 to 1954.
