Police were called to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of Harmison Lane on Monday, March 13 at about 9:30 p.m., resulting in the arrest of a North Carolina man on multiple charges.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Morgan County Magistrate Court by Trooper B.A. Meyers with the West Virginia State Police, the resident said he wanted his son, identified as Michael W. Bull, 49, of Burlington, N.C., to leave after he threatened to fight him, alluding to some physical contact, but did not want to pursue criminal charges.
