A Frederick, Md. man arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of a Morgan County man will appear in Morgan County Circuit Court for a preliminary hearing today, Wednesday, March 22.
The suspect, identified as Ian P. Grayson, 30, has been held without bond at Eastern Regional Jail since his arrest on March 14 in Jefferson County. He is charged with killing Geoffrey Thomas Reed, 75, of Berkeley Springs.
