Officers with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department have arrested the man suspected of murdering a Morgan County resident in his home late last week.
Ian Patrick Bosben-Grayson, 30, of Randallstown, Md. was arrested without incident on Tuesday morning, March 14, in a parking lot in Charles Town around 9 a.m., said Morgan County Sheriff K.C.
