A White Plains, Md., man was arrested in the Clear Spring area after a domestic incident in a vehicle on I-70.
According to Hancock Police, the Maryland State Police contacted them Saturday, February 5 about a domestic incident in a moving vehicle, or a rolling domestic, on Interstate 70 and the subjects were enroute to the Hancock Police Department.
