A duo arrested in January for attempted murder are still waiting in jail for their respective trial dates.
According to Fulton County District Attorney Travis Kendall, Timothy Shatzer and Crista Mills are each represented by separate council and both of the attorneys requested continuances at call-of-the-list for criminal cases on July 13 in order to be better prepared.
Call-of-the-list happens in Fulton County quarterly, Kendall said in an email.
