County approves financial help to keep substance abuse recovery group working

Morgan County Commissioners have approved short-term financial support for Life or Drugs Tri-State Support Group as the non-profit faces the loss of a key grant.

Commissioners agreed to spend $10,740 of their opioid recovery settlement fund to help pay the wages of two part-time recovery and support specialists who work for Life or Drugs.
