Morgan County magistrate Vince Shambaugh will have a hearing before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia on September 2 regarding his temporary suspension with pay from the bench back in June.
Shambaugh’s suspension came from an order from the Judicial Disciplinary Counsel in response to accusations that he violated the state’s Judicial Code of Conduct. Documents about the alleged violations and the deliberation by the Judicial Counsel were sealed and are not public…
