A structure fire at a home in the 300 block of Concord Avenue in Berkeley Springs brought units from around the region on Sunday, January 25 in the midst of the weekend winter storm.
According to Morgan County 911, a homeowner called the fire in at 7:04 p.m. after a neighbor alerted them to a fire in the back of the house.
Firefighters from Berkeley Springs, Great Cacapon, Hancock, Hedgesville, Reynolds Store and Little Orleans responded to the house fire and remained on scene until 8:41 p.m. Morgan County EMS also responded to the call.
Capt. Steiner of Berkeley Springs Volunteer Fire Department was in command at the scene.
The American Red Cross assisted the family.
