Morgan County Sheriff’s Department has charged a Paw Paw woman with multiple drug offenses, following an ongoing investigation.
Kimberly D. Hayes, 46, was arrested by warrant on Wednesday, December 17.
She has been charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, and two counts of conspiracy.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Morgan County Magistrate Court by Deputy B. Barker, Hayes was recorded selling crack cocaine on the street.
The crimes allegedly took place in Paw Paw between October 16 and November 24.
Hayes is incarcerated at Eastern Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond awaiting a hearing.
