Morgan County will be all aglow with seasonal activities this weekend, amplifying the local Christmas cheer.
On Friday, December 5, the 8th annual Cocoa Crawl, hosted by Hometown Holidays in Berkeley Springs, will present specialty hot cocoa stops throughout the downtown area. The “crawl” starts at 5 p.m. with downtown visitors and shoppers tasting free cocoa samples at participating merchants and locations. Shop owners will have special holiday promotions and extended shopping hours for visitors throughout downtown, with most shops open until 9 p.m. for browsing and holiday purchases.

On Saturday, December 6, Berkeley Springs will host the 9th annual Winter Fest Parade, with floats traveling from the north end of the Town of Bath through the courthouse square and to the Martinsburg Road intersection. The parade kicks off at 5 p.m. It will be followed by a town tree lighting and other associated activities throughout the town.
On Sunday, December 7, the Paw Paw Parade Committee will host their annual Christmas parade along Winchester Street in downtown Paw Paw. The parade begins at 4:30 p.m. and will travel to the Bank of Romney, where the town’s memorial Lights of Love tree will be lighted and refreshments will be on hand.
