Early Tuesday morning brought wintry precipitation to our area, with a mix of snow and freezing rain. The Foxglove Garden Club Christmas display on the Fairfax Green caught a dusting too. Morgan County Schools were delayed by two hours in starting the day and snowplows patrolled local roads to clear the way for drivers.
