James M. Flint, 24, of Paw Paw was jailed on Wednesday, November 19 after his bond was revoked from Morgan County Circuit Court following two crimes committed last summer.
On May 26, a warrant was issued in Morgan County for the arrest of Flint, who was wanted in connection with a stolen phone.
On August 19, Flint fled on foot and was unable to be located after being advised there was a warrant out for his arrest, according to a criminal complaint filed in Morgan County Magistrate Court by Trooper Trenton Short.
Flint is currently incarcerated at Eastern Regional Jail on charges of petit larceny, fleeing on foot, and failing to comply with a court order.
