by Jamie Harris

The Berkeley Springs Indians boy’s soccer team capped off an impressive season with two players earning spots on the 2025 All-Potomac Valley Conference (PVC) Team, a testament to their skill and determination in one of West Virginia’s most competitive divisions.

Leading the charge was Kyle Bland (#9), recognized as a forward for his dynamic attacking play. Bland’s speed, finishing ability and knack for creating scoring opportunities made him a constant threat to opposing defenses throughout the season.

Joining him on the All-PVC roster is Jacob Morgan (#3), honored as a midfielder. Morgan’s versatility and control in the center of the pitch provided the Indians with stability and creativity, helping to orchestrate offensive drives while maintaining defensive balance.

The Potomac Valley Conference features perennial contenders such as Hampshire, Keyser, Moorefield, Petersburg, Pocahontas and Frankfort, making these selections even more significant for Berkeley Springs. Both Bland and Morgan stood out among top-tier talent, earning recognition for their contributions to the Indians’ competitive campaign.
