Elizabeth Ann (Liz) Russell Eppinger, age 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Westminster-Canterbury, Winchester, Va.
She was born on April 19, 1933, in Gainesboro, Va., the daughter of the late Rev. Clarence Gilbert and Ruth Elma Richard Russell.
