Larry Alton Mullin

Larry Alton Mullin, 80 of Winchester, Va., passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.
Larry was born in 1944 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., the son of the late Alton and Ann Mullin.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Shepherd College and his master’s degree from James Madison University. He went on to pursue his doctorate degree from Virginia Tech.
