Paul Henry Shaffer

Paul Henry Shaffer, age 87, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born October 23, 1937 in Hanover, Pa., he was the son of the late Walter Herman and Viola Ruth Brown Shaffer.
Paul was an equipment operator, working in construction and excavating.
He loved taking care of his beloved wife, Mary. He also enjoyed mowing and spending time at Dennis’s shop.
