BlackCat Music Cooperative has announced their very popular youth vocal group, The Young Yukes, will perform together for the last time on May 10 at the Star Theatre.
The event, called “Final Fling” will feature the remaining Young Yukes, Mikayla, Sophie and Monroe playing some of their favorites during their time with the group. Some surprises may include former members taking the stage one more time. All three artists have said they will continue with other music projects in the near future.
The Young Yukes group was formed in September 2018 and has seen many changes over the years with members moving out of the area, graduating high school and attending college, and some turning their attention to other artistic endeavors.
The concert is 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 10. No admission is required.
