Harriet Irene Michael, age 91, of Hedgesville, W.Va., passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born March 21, 1934, she was the daughter of Raymond Howe and Gertrude Susan Bohrer Bohrer.
She was a Christian and a member of Victory Tabernacle in Hedgesville, W.Va.
Harriet attended Morgan County Schools.
She worked at Interwoven Hosiery Mill and was a homemaker.
She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, reading the Bible and baking pies.
Harriet is survived by one son, Matthew Edward Michael of Hedgesville, W.Va., two sisters, Henrietta Susan Aulabaugh of Needmore, Pa. and Helen Alma Beahn of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., two grandsons, Benjamin Matthew Michael and Shane Jonathan Michael, two great-grandchildren, Courtney Bittinger and Jessica Bittinger and five great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Edward Michael in 2022, one son, Timothy Kent Michael, one granddaughter, Angela Dawn Bittinger, and two brothers, Herbert Hoover Bohrer and Hugh Raymond Bohrer, Sr.
Private funeral services will be conducted at Highland Cemetery in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
