John Robert “Bobby” Bowers II, age 70, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va.
Born January 19, 1955 in Frederick, Md., he was the son of the late John Roberts and Dorothy Gorman Bowers.
Bobby graduated from Frederick County, Md. schools.
He was a carpenter and enjoyed the outdoors, mowing grass and spending time with his family, especially his children…
