The Berkeley Springs High School tennis teams delivered a strong performance on their home courts Wednesday, April 9, as they hosted Bishop Walsh out of Frostburg, Md., at the Warm Springs Tennis Courts. With grit and determination, both the Indians and Lady Indians came away with key individual and doubles victories to highlight the contest.

For the boys’ team, #4 singles player Brody Beal picked up his first singles win of the season in commanding fashion, taking an 8-3 decision to help set the tone for the match. On the doubles side, #2 doubles duo Connor Havermale and Landon Litten secured the team’s first doubles win of the season, also with a strong 8-3 finish.

The Lady Indians also had standout performances, with #2 singles Chloe Jackson battling her way to an 8-3 win. Jackson stayed busy, returning to the court for #1 doubles alongside Emilee Fleece, where the pair pulled out a solid 8-4 victory.
