Free class on Reducing Stress offered March 27

The Berkeley Springs-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and Blue Ridge Community & Technical College are pleased to offer a free class, Reducing Stress, on Wednesday, March 27, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

This engaging seminar is part of an ongoing series of informative sessions and will be held at Blue Ridge Community & Technical College at the Pines Opportunity Center in Berkeley Springs.

Feeling overwhelmed? Struggling to keep up with your never-ending to-do list? Join us for a practical session on identifying the causes of stress and burnout—and, most importantly, learning effective strategies to manage them.

The class will be led by Tiffany Hine, a dynamic trainer and facilitator with over 20 years of experience. Hine specializes in Communications, Coaching, Leadership, and Customer Service and brings a touch of humor to her sessions to keep participants engaged. She holds an MPA and MBA, along with multiple certifications.
